Chorley Building Society has been aiding their customers in buying homes and saving money since the 19th century. They strive to provide excellent customer service to all their members and play an active role in fundraising events that support their home county, Lancashire.
Before establishing the most effective creative route for Chorley, we first implemented brand platform workshops with the building society’s team and key stakeholders to grasp the key values which needed to be translated throughout the brand.
We took the ‘C’ of Chorley’s name and turned it into a staple feature of the brand's identity and ethos. Through graphics and imagery, we highlighted the embracing shape that hides within the letter to create the concept of CBS welcoming new and old customers and practising their longstanding value and commitment to delivering excellent financial products.
